Three Salty Bees creates clean, gentle, effective body care creams that are good for mothers, others and our collective Mother Earth. No beef tallow, no animal products, no plastic and zero toxic ingredients, just pure, simple herbs and botanicals to aid anyone suffering from common skin issues, from head-to-toes.

Our products are small batch American made in Maine. We use organic, skin friendly botanicals, herbs and rich, hydrating emollients. The soft, pastel hues and gentle herbaceous scents come directly from natural ingredients, not from artificial additives.

We've been making these skin care creams for nearly three decades, which is long before it was called clean beauty and a wee bit before the value of green & clean was widely appreciated.

We never test on animals! Our family members are our voluntary bunnies because each product was formulated to solve one of their own skin care problems, each of which was more common and widespread than we ever realized. From severe, painful diaper rash that would not resolve no matter how clean and frequent the diaper changes, to thick, scaly, stubborn cradle cap, to raw, reoccurring eczema, surprise hives, mystery itchy patches, bruises, bumps, peri- & post-menopausal skin shrivel, and dry, flaky scalps we've experienced our share of skin woes. The carefully selected and fully tested ingredients included in our locally handmade creams were the only topicals that actually worked for our skin problems, quickly, consistently and naturally.

The knowledge of our base formulations were handed down to us through five generations of American immigrant family members. Our European heritage has made use of Celtic botanicals such as Irish Sea Moss, nettle and vervain and Sicilian mint, rosemary and oregano to heal and replenish skin for a over a millennia.

There are zero artificial colors, fragrances, parabens, or phthalates in our products. Our creams are 100% vegan. Our new shimmer balms are 100% vegetarian containing organic, ethically sourced, unfiltered beeswax.
